Who can participate?
We are calling on all actors in the LATAM Health innovation ecosystem who have innovative products and/or services with impact for society and/or the market and have related Intellectual Property.
Research centers (R&D&I), Universities, Pharmaceutical Industry, SMEs and other actors that generate R&D&I in Health.
The winning solutions will have the opportunity to explore and connect with one of the most important innovation ecosystems in the United States, and will receive specialized mentoring.

Health Innovation:
Degree of innovation that the product and/or service has for the Health sector.
Intellectual Property:
Status of identification, protection, and use/exploitation of associated intellectual property.
Maturation:
Level of development - towards the market - of the innovative product and/or services.
Impact:
The innovative product and/or service must have a real or potential impact at the market or social level.
MILESTONES
Mentoring sessions
Innovative solutions must have application in the health sector and have a clear related Intellectual Property strategy.
Intellectual Property rights associated with the innovative solution must belong to the respective applicant and have the corresponding supporting elements.
The level of development and/or maturation of Organizational Intellectual Property Management of the applicant will be taken into account as long as it is associated with the development of the innovative solution being submitted.
Each applicant will be fully responsible for any type of Intellectual Property claim associated with their innovative solution.
All Intellectual Property rights of applicants over their innovative solutions will be respected and recognized at all times.
The applications received will be subjected to evaluation according to the criteria, and a preliminary group will be selected from which additional information requirements may be made.
Winners will be chosen from the preliminary group, and will be notified to obtain acceptance of specific terms. Acceptance of specific terms will be a condition for receiving the prize.
For each organization (institution/company) that is selected as a winner, one (1) of its members may participate in the Mission, who must be designated by the same organization and must have a valid United States visa (2025).
