If your initiative has already initiated any intellectual property process (patent, trademark, software, or other mechanisms).
If you are developing an innovative healthcare solution and have already taken some steps in intellectual property, we want to hear from you.
Your initiative must have at least some progress in intellectual property. This may include, for example: a patent pending, a registered or applied-for trademark, protected software, contracts, agreements, or IP strategies in development.
You don't need to have everything finalized; the important thing is to have started the process.
The information submitted in your application may be used by the organizers for informational purposes and to evaluate the call for applications.
The intellectual property rights for each solution must belong to the applicant and be duly documented.
Each participant is responsible for any claims related to intellectual property. Avoid including confidential information that could affect the protection of your initiative.
Applications will be evaluated based on the established criteria; in some cases, additional information may be requested.
The selected solutions will retain their intellectual property rights at all times.
Each winning organization may send one (1) representative to the mission in Boston (USA), who must have a valid visa.
Applications will only be accepted through the official application form.
