Latam Health Champions (LHC) is a call that seeks to highlight innovative solutions in the field of health in Latin America. It is promoted by organizations such as FIFARMA and INNOS, and aims to recognize and support initiatives that are transforming healthcare systems in the region.

Who can participate?
We are calling on all actors in the LATAM Health innovation ecosystem who have innovative products and/or services with impact for society and/or the market and have related Intellectual Property.
Research centers (R&D&I), Universities, Pharmaceutical Industry, SMEs and other actors that generate R&D&I in Health.
Selection criteria
Selection criteria
Health Innovation:
Degree of innovation that the product and/or service has for the Health sector.
Intellectual Property:
Status of identification, protection, and use/exploitation of associated intellectual property.
Maturation:
Level of development - towards the market - of the innovative product and/or services.
Impact:
The innovative product and/or service must have a real or potential impact at the market or social level.
The applications submitted to LATAM HEALTH CHAMPIONS 2025 are the exclusive responsibility of the participants, so the organizing institutions will be exempt from any type of liability derived from and/or associated with any application. Participants will hold harmless the organizing and/or allied institutions against any claim made by third parties.
General legal conditions
- Innovative solutions that can participate must have an application in the health sector and have a clear applied Intellectual Property strategy.
- Intellectual Property rights associated with the innovative solution must belong to the respective participant.
- The information provided through the applications may be disclosed/published by the organizing institutions of the LATAM HEALTH CHAMPIONS 2025 Call without restrictions, through any communication medium, for informational purposes.
- Applications should not contain any confidential information associated with the innovative solution, nor any information whose disclosure would imply the loss of opportunity for Intellectual Property protection.
- Each candidate will be fully responsible for any Intellectual Property right associated with their innovative solution.
- All Intellectual Property rights of candidates over their innovative solutions will be respected and recognized in all circumstances.

- The evaluation of applications, selection of winners, benefits, schedule, and other participation conditions will be subject to the terms and conditions that will be published.
